X-Suite Premium Subscription — Security Solutions Experts FZ-LLC
1. Overview
Security Solutions Experts FZ-LLC ("Company", "we", "us") operates the X-Suite platform, including the X-Compare scanner research tool. This Refund Policy governs refund requests for the X-Suite Premium subscription.
By subscribing to X-Suite Premium, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Eligibility for a Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund of your most recent subscription payment if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the subscription start date or most recent renewal date.
- You have not consumed any X-Compare tokens during the current billing period.
- You have not accessed, viewed, or downloaded any brochure PDFs during the current billing period.
Satisfaction of all three conditions must be verifiable by the Company through platform usage records.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- One or more X-Compare tokens have been used during the billing period.
- One or more brochure PDFs have been accessed or downloaded during the billing period.
- The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the subscription start date or renewal date.
- The request relates to a prior billing period that has already been refunded or disputed.
- The subscription was obtained through a promotional, discounted, or trial arrangement unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us in writing at:

- Subject line: Refund Request — X-Suite Premium
- Include: Your registered email address and the date of subscription or renewal
We will review your request against platform usage records and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, subject to your card issuer's processing times.
5. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for partially used billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, your Premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Billing portal accessible from the My Plan page. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund. Refunds are governed solely by the eligibility criteria in Section 2 above.
7. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
